Intuition

(Taken from the book: Power, Freedom and Grace by Deepak Chopra)

I love the way Deepak Chopra describes the meaning of Intuition in his book Power, Freedom and Grace.

He says that intuition is not a thought. It is a non-local cosmic field of information that whispers to you in the silence between your thoughts. Listen to the inner intelligence of your body. It is the ultimate and supreme genius.

You are accessing information from the universe when you listen to your intuition.

Intuition is the heightened sense of awareness that comes from familiarity with the information fields in your own body. This information is encoded holographically in every cell of your body.

Access this information and you will become more intuitive.

Conscious Awareness

When you have a conscious awareness of your soul, you experience everything as a miracle.

You feel happy.

Your life begins to transform.

You see the connection between your inner world and your outer world.

Every event in your life is being orchestrated by the entire Universe.

I Am, I Exist

The Universe is thinking

It’s creative,

It imagines

I am creative because the Universe is creative

I am conscious because the Universe is conscious

I think because the Universe thinks

I Am, I Exist.

Stay in Tune With Your Body

(Taken from the book : Power, Freedom and Grace by Deepak Chopra)

Be aware of how you dance to the Universe.

Have awareness when you are walking.

Have awareness when you are sitting.

Have awareness when you are breathing.

This is life-centered, present-moment awareness.

The Experience of Grace

(Taken from the book : Power, Freedom and Grace by Deepak Chopra)

We are the eyes and the ears of the Universe.

The Universe looks, tastes, smells, feels and hears itself through each creature.

Allow the Universe, the Infinite, to express itself through you without interfering.

When Universal intelligence is flowing through you, without interference, your life flows with effortless ease.

This is the experience of grace.

Elizabeth and the giant lobster

Elizabeth walks up the steep hill. She is wearing a beautiful turquoise dress today. It feels so lovely to be outside in the open air on such a lovely afternoon. She is glad that she took the break; she had a lot of work this morning but now she just wants to enjoy her surroundings up here on the hill.

The sun is baking down on her back as she sits down on the grass in front of a cave cut into the mountainside. Elizabeth feels content. For now, her work can wait.

The sun highlights streaks of gold in her hair. Nothing can disturb her here on the quiet mountain side. She listens to the birds chirping in a tree far away – not even that sound is loud enough to disturb the quietness she feels around her. The joyful chirping adds to her lovely surroundings and the sensation of peace around her.

She is happy.
