Courage contains two primary internal elements: the willingness to act and the ability to control fear.
When you can successfully curb your fears and boost your ability to take action, you are better able to live a full and virtuous life.
You are more likely to face challenges with grace, connect with and inspire others, and be a force for good.

We are the eyes and the ears of the Universe.
The Universe looks, tastes, smells, feels and hears itself through each creature.
Allow the Universe, the Infinite, to express itself through you without interfering.
When Universal intelligence is flowing through you, without interference, your life flows with effortless ease.
This is the experience of grace.
When despair for the world grows in me
and I wake in the night at the least sound
in fear of what my life and my children’s lives may be,
I go and lie down where the wood drake
rests in his beauty on the water, and the great heron feeds.
I come into the peace of wild things
who do not tax their lives with forethought
of grief. I come into the presence of still water.
And I feel above me the day-blind stars
waiting with their light. For a time
I rest in the grace of the world, and am free.
