Before you fo to sleep, witness the whole day and tell yourself: It’s already a dream. It is gone”
Observe what happened to you today:
- don’t analyze it
- don’t evaluate it
- don’t judge it
Just witness the day and say, “It’s gone!” , “Just as I witnessed the day, I am going to witness my dreams”
Then wake up in the morning and remember your dreams and say = It’s gone.
